International Student Orientation Program

The International Services Office will hold our annual International Student Orientation Program (ISOP) on Monday, September 7th. This meeting is designed to provide essential information on maintaining your valid F-1 or J-1 non-immigrant status while in the U.S. and other important details about life at the University and in Rochester. Attendance is mandatory for new international students throughout all University divisions. F-2 and J-2 dependents are also welcome to attend and will have a special meeting during the day to learn about their status and opportunities available to them in the Rochester area. Please note that September 7th is a U.S. holiday (Labor Day), so this meeting will not conflict with classes or other required programming. Topics to be covered during ISOP include:
